Mendrion is the angel of the seventh hour of the night in the Ars Paulina, the third book of the Lemegeton. Joseph H. Peterson’s transcription from Sloane 3825 calls this hour Venaydor.
The seventh-hour retinue
The text assigns Mendrion 101,550 dukes and other servants, divided into twelve orders. It selects twelve first chief dukes and six of the next, lesser group for its account. The selected group is described as having 1,860 servants.
These numbers belong to the grimoire’s organization of the night hours. The account here follows its seventh-hour section.
