Phaleg is one of the seven Olympic governors in the Arbatel.
Mars and military honors
Aphorism 16 assigns Phaleg thirty-five visible provinces. Aphorism 17 associates the governor with matters attributed to Mars and describes him as a prince of peace. It also attributes the bestowal of military honors to him.
