Uzza is named alongside Azzael in the Jewish Encyclopedia’s article on Azazel. The article also uses the spelling Uza.
A reported atonement tradition
The encyclopedia reports a teaching attributed to the school of Rabbi Yishmael and cited to Yoma 67b: the Azazel scapegoat atones for the deeds of Uzza and Azzael. It interprets these figures as members of the rebellious angelic hosts.
